Wear It or Share It

Christians Encouraging Christians established the “Wear It or Share It” program to provide clothing for those in need in the local community as well as those around the world. CEC's desire is that no one be without the necessary clothing they need to function at home in everyday life or in the workplace.

As a registered nonprofit (501)(c)(3) organization, CEC accepts tax deductible donations of clothing, which in turn are made available to those in need.

At one time the “Wear It or Share It” and “Pitch or Pass On” programs were combined, but due to the excessive amount of household and miscellaneous items donated, the board divided it into two distinct programs.
